We are in needs of two developers with the following skill set:
Required:
1. Five years of industry experiences in Flash, ActionScript 2 or 3
2. Interest and exposure to FLEX development framework
3. Verifiable skills in database-driven ActionScript development
4. At least two years of ongoing optimization and maintenance experiences in consumer-facing web sites driven by Flash programming
Or
5. Five years experiences in dynamic HTML, CSS development
6. Two years using JavaScript
7. Successfully released at least one commercial grade AJAX powered product
8. Experiences in building software/site leveraging web 2.0 driven APIs and toolkits such as those provided by Yahoo, Google, and Facebook (just to name a few).
Big Plus:
1. Programming experiences in a collaborative environment using Java, JSP, source-control with Microsoft Teamworks or CVS
2. Basic knowledge or academic level C#, C++
3. Search engine optimization experience is a significant plus
